Chestnut Christian Learning Center (CCLC)

Opens at 7:00 a.m. – Closes at 5:30 p.m.

Chestnut offers a before and after school program on a full-time or part-time basis. Currently we are offering it to students of Chestnut, to those who live on bus route #3, and a small number of bus seats have been given to us from the Superintendent of Schools. Parents are always welcome to have their child brought to us via private transport.

A State of NH Registration Form dated within 1 year and Health Form with Immunizations dated within 2 years is required of NBCS students to participate in this program.

Children bring their own snacks.

–CCLC Registration Fees and Rates

–Registration Fee per child for After Care Only: CCPS students: $25 NBCS students $50.

–Registration Fee per child for Before Care Only: CCPS students $25 NBCS students $50.

–Registration Fee per child for Both Before and After Care: CCPS $50 NBCS students $100 per child.

–Families are billed for the time they use the program. If your child is in attendance there is a daily Before Care minimum charge of an hour and an After Care minimum charge of an hour.

–Hourly Rate: $7.00 an hour for NBCS students and $5.00 an hour for CCPS students. After the first hour the price is figured by the minute at the student’s hourly rate.

Maximum per month: After Care only: $225.00

Before Care only: $125.00

Before Care AND After Care: $325.00

–After 5:30 pm there is a late fee of $1.00 a minute for all students.

In case of inclement weather, we follow the New Boston public school system. If they are cancelled we cancel as well. If they are delayed for two hours we are delayed for ONE hour for both Before Care and for School.

–Invoicing is done weekly and all payments are due a week later. Payments in arrears are subject to a $25.00 late fee unless other arrangements have been made.
